Manage payroll and negotiate collective bargaining agreements. At I LIKE MOBIS, we are looking for a qualified professional for the position of Human Resources Assistant to operate in an environment of continuous hiring demand, serving multiple stores simultaneously. This is a dynamic role, with job openings posted recurrently, requiring agility, organization, and the ability to handle multiple processes concurrently—ensuring team replenishment and growth across stores. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes; * Handle continuous job openings, especially for retail; * Conduct simultaneous recruitment processes for different stores and regions; * Align job profiles with store managers and leadership; * Perform resume screening, interviews, and scheduling; * Post job openings on recruitment platforms and social media; * Monitor job status and closing deadlines; * Support basic HR&Recruitment controls and metrics. * Organize and manage processes related to onboarding, offboarding, and selection procedures. * Manage payroll and negotiate collective bargaining agreements. **Requirements** * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection; * Experience handling recurring job openings and multiple concurrent processes; * Ability to work under tight deadlines; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Basic knowledge of Excel and recruitment platforms. * Proven experience in payroll management and negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. **What We Offer** * Meal Allowance (R$ 30.00/day); * Transportation Allowance; * Health Insurance and bonuses after the probationary period; If you identify with this opportunity, apply now and join our team.
