Chemical industry in Porto Alegre is looking for a professional with the following responsibilities: * Generate productivity reports, non-conformance indices, machine downtime duration, and others, aiming to identify corrective actions and pursue improvements; * Develop and suggest improvements to optimize production processes; * Manage and develop the team, identifying talents and training new operators; * Strong communication and leadership skills; * Administer and control line yield and efficiency, minimizing losses during the manufacturing process; * Monitor and validate changes in production lines; * Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with occupational safety, quality standards, and work instructions; * Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of work areas; * Plan and monitor deadlines for preventive and corrective equipment maintenance; * Maintain interaction with related departments, keeping them informed about the production process; * Manage specific department indicators, taking preventive/corrective actions when necessary. * Technical or engineering degree required. * Must reside in the region or near Porto Alegre.
