




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields; * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection and other HR subsystems; * Knowledge of HR administration routines; * Experience in retail or sales companies is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel; * Willingness to travel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Actively manage recruitment and selection processes; * Conduct training for teams; * Carry out onboarding and ongoing performance monitoring of employees, providing regular feedback to various teams; * Propose and implement HR processes; * Monitor and supervise HR administration processes.
