**Requirements** * Higher education completed or in progress (Marketing, HR, Psychology, PR, Advertising, Communication or related fields) * Experience in **casting**, team leadership, and event production * Ability to negotiate and request quotes * Good communication, organization, proactivity, and sense of urgency * Valid driver's license (Class B) and personal vehicle **Responsibilities** * Assemble and coordinate campaign teams * Conduct casting and attend to clients * Plan event strategies and actions * Negotiate with suppliers and prepare budgets * Organize documents and spreadsheets * Monitor teams during activities and send reports to clients * Conduct training sessions and support administrative routines **Skills** Communication, Leadership, Negotiation, Organization, Self-management, and Teamwork.
