If this resonates with you, apply now! **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinControilBrakes** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your responsibilities as a Machining Equipment Operator I will include:** * Operate and feed machining machines; * Process parts by activating specific controls and monitoring final product quality; * Verify the quantity of parts to be processed, monitor production orders, feed the machine whenever necessary, and separate parts into production batches; * Monitor process variables according to technical specifications; * Conduct visual and functional inspections of machines to identify anomalies; * Perform autonomous maintenance; * Ensure workplace cleanliness and organization; * Inspect products in accordance with predefined quality standards; * Record and report deviations in production processes; * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Follow environmental procedures and good practices related to industrial waste handling; * Complete operational reports, documenting output, raw material consumption, and any machine downtime; * Report operational issues to your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To apply for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * Preparation and operation of machines **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:28 PM **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PPR); * Private pension plan; * Randon Association. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe the future is built by people.
