We offer recruitment, selection, and consulting services to companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Perform manufacturing, assembly, and finishing activities for metal structures used in the production of trailers, semi-trailers, and truck bodies, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and established quality standards. Carry out cutting, marking, drilling, fitting, and assembly of metal components using appropriate tools and equipment for each operation. Read and interpret technical drawings, verifying dimensions, tolerances, and construction requirements to ensure correct service execution. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations, correctly using personal protective equipment and following company operational procedures. Collaborate with production, welding, and assembly departments to support efficient operational flow and meet production deadlines. Assist in identifying improvements in manufacturing processes, promoting reduction of rework, increased productivity, and improved final product quality. Previous experience as a Blacksmith, Metal Structure Assembler, Welder, or Metal Structure Installer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
