**Requirements:**
Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering (certificate of course completion must be presented/attached at the time of registration);
Ongoing education or course: Mechanical or Production Engineering, Industrial Automation Technology, Administration, or related field;
Intermediate English proficiency (TOEIC 405–450 points);
Knowledge of:
Pre-risk analysis;
Maintenance processes (corrective, preventive, predictive);
Machining and forming machine processes;
Problem analysis and resolution tools;
Advanced-level hydraulics/pneumatics;
Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings;
Experience in cost and budget management;
CAD software knowledge is desirable.
Dynamism and ability to lead team-based work;
Planning, execution, and communication skills.
