Our core values are safety, people, customer focus, teamwork, innovation, continuous improvement, quality, and trust; our purpose drives us forward, and our people are our strength. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform specific technical activities within your area of expertise, including analyses, controls, and technical opinions. * Provide technical and operational guidance to production process teams. * Support decision-making by providing technical opinions and analyses. * Propose process improvements within your area of responsibility. * Ensure proper use and preservation of available resources (machines, equipment, tools, uniforms, PPE, etc.), while maintaining a clean and organized workplace in compliance with Safety Standards and the Quality Management System, following established practices and routines. * Perform Preventive/Corrective and Predictive Maintenance according to scheduled intervals and operational demand. Execute corrective and improvement activities related to Viemar Autonomous Maintenance (MAV). * Contribute to process improvement by reporting incidents related to departmental demands. Communicate to management the need for materials, supplies, or tools required for optimal task performance. * Analyze equipment failures to identify root causes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Automation. * Knowledge of Industrial Electrotechnology, Industrial Electronics, Residential Electricity, Industrial Mechanics, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics.
