Direct contact with international partners and suppliers **IMPORT ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** We are seeking an Import Process Analyst to work strategically and operationally, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality across all stages of international trade. This professional will have direct contact with business partners, suppliers, customs brokers, and freight forwarders, as well as support management in demand planning and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: Execute and monitor end-to-end import processes in Siscomex, including registration and verification of the Import Declaration (DI); Perform follow-up on international shipments across all transport modes (maritime, air, and road), monitoring deadlines, costs, and potential impediments; Verify import documentation (invoice, packing list, certificates, bill of lading, among others); Ensure regulatory and documentary compliance with customs legislation and approving agencies (Federal Revenue, ANVISA, MAPA, among others); Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions for optimizing import processes; Work hands-on, balancing strategic activities with operational execution. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Experience in import processes, including use of Siscomex and Import Declaration (DI); Advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel; Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar); Experience in export processes is a plus; Analytical, communicative, and results-oriented profile. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Benefits:** CLT employment contract, transportation allowance (VT), meal voucher (VR) *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
