Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant focused on ADVPL/Protheus programming to develop customizations, integrations, and ERP routine optimizations. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a professional to work as an IT Assistant – ADVPL/Protheus Programming in the São Leopoldo/RS region, with the following responsibilities: * Develop ADVPL customizations — functions, triggers, batch processors — under guidance * Develop/Create reports and queries (functions, SX3, etc.) * Implement integrations between Protheus and external systems (APIs, web services) * Optimize ERP routines (performance, batch processing, etc.) * Provide point-to-point support — analyze workflows, prepare technical change estimates * Test and validate customizations with end users * Document code — maintainability is critical Mandatory Requirements * Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (minimum 4th semester) * ADVPL — hands-on experience with Protheus (even entry-level; we seek candidates exposed to the language) * Solid programming logic — data structures, workflows, databases * Basic SQL knowledge — ability to write simple queries, understand Protheus schema * Genuine willingness to learn ADVPL — preference given to candidates interested in procedural/declarative languages Desirable Requirements * Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) * Knowledge of Protheus business processes (Financial, Billing, Inventory modules) * Exposure to web services / REST APIs * Prior experience in IT services or ERP technical support companies * Previous mentoring or small-scale ADVPL projects
