Key activities include: * Provide initial incident and service request handling; * Support users with day-to-day technical demands; * Assist with equipment and workstation support; * Develop knowledge in IT infrastructure and services; * Record and track technical information and service tickets. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school; * Currently enrolled in a Technical Informatics program; * Availability to intern for a minimum period of 1 year; * Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems; * Familiarity with hardware, software, and workstation maintenance; * Introductory knowledge of computer networks and connectivity; * Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management tools; * Proactive profile, with interest in learning, collaborating, and developing in the fields of technical support and IT infrastructure. **Additional information** **LOCATION:** São Leopoldo Campus **SCHEDULE:** 10:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00–5:00 PM **WORKLOAD:** 30 hours per week **WHAT WE OFFER:** * Internship allowance of R$ 1.217,00; * Transportation assistance of R$ 236,00; * Free parking; * Development tracks (technical and behavioral workshops); * Health and Well-being Program.
