Your mission will be to generate initial business opportunities by qualifying high-potential leads and building relationships that drive our growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Conducting active prospecting of potential customers via email, phone, social media, and other channels. * Qualifying leads based on defined criteria, understanding their challenges, and clearly and concisely presenting the value of our solution. * Scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales Executive team. * Keeping HubSpot updated with all interactions and relevant information about leads. * Collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to optimize strategies and ensure an efficient lead flow. * Tracking prospecting performance metrics and continuously seeking improvement in results. * Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge of the market, products, and sales techniques. * Providing valuable feedback to internal teams regarding prospects' needs and challenges. Requirements and Preferences: * Proven prior experience in commercial roles, preferably in prospecting (BDR, SDR) or related areas. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, and email automation platforms. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. * Preferences: * Prior experience in B2B sales. * Knowledge of our industry (Help Desk, Service Desk, etc.). * Ability to conduct initial presentations and basic solution demonstrations. * Certifications in sales or prospecting. * A track record of exceeding targets.
