





* Perform cash register opening and closing procedures, issuing receipts for daily cash, credit/debit card, PIX, and bill payments. * Verify the opening cash amount to ensure adequate funds for replenishment and change. * Assist customers and recommend the most suitable payment method. * Offer the HTN card to customers who do not yet hold this payment option. * Identify customers using official identification documents (ID card or driver’s license) when establishing credit accounts. * Register and update customer profiles, requesting necessary documents (ID card, CPF, and phone number) for analysis and approval in accordance with current Credit Policy. * For existing HTN cardholders, offer PCJ and PP services. * Collect purchase amounts in cash, verifying banknote authenticity; for HTN card payments, request valid identification. * Visually inspect products (model, size, color, stitching, quantity purchased, etc.) to prevent future exchanges and complaints. * Always wrap items as gifts upon customer request, following pre-established internal guidelines. Responsible for handling cash and equipment, and restocking operational support items (meat wraps, shopping bags, receipt rolls, gift wrapping paper, etc.). * Assist with ad-hoc tasks across the store unit while keeping the work area consistently clean and organized. * Support other store departments: warehouse, visual merchandising, and shelf replenishment (multifunctional role).
