This position is for our tax team in Porto Alegre, under a hybrid work arrangement, as Tax Coordinator. In this role, the employee will perform ISS calculation, followed by IBS calculation, and support leadership and other company departments with necessary information for both international reporting and audits or inspections. If you are a professional with tax and fiscal knowledge and enjoy challenges, join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop policies and manuals for supplier and product registration processes * Train and support teams directly and indirectly involved in these processes * Review and ensure registration workflows structured in systems are correct and up-to-date * Establish service-level agreements (SLAs) jointly with other departments, ensuring alignment with company policy * Monitor deadlines across all departments using indicator dashboards * Verify and ensure registrations in the ERP system, performing manual maintenance of registrations in Protheus if necessary * Coordinate the process of registering and maintaining suppliers and products in ERP systems * Validate suppliers’ tax and legal documentation (CNPJ, state registration, banking details, certificates) * Ensure standardization and integrity of product information (description, NCM, CFOP, unit of measure, pricing) * Implement internal controls to prevent inconsistencies and rework * Coordinate calculation of direct and indirect taxes (ISS, IBS, IRPJ, CSLL, withholdings) * Review and validate ancillary obligations, particularly ECF * Monitor changes in tax legislation and guide the team on required adjustments * Support internal and external audits by providing tax reports and documentation * Coordinate the tax team, assigning tasks and monitoring results * Conduct training and disseminate best practices in registration and tax compliance * Act as liaison between Procurement, Finance, Accounting, and Commercial departments * Report key performance indicators to management and executive leadership **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid knowledge of accounting * Leadership, organizational, and clear communication skills * Proven experience in tax calculation and ERP-based registration management * Advanced knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations * Advanced Excel proficiency * Minimum 5 years of experience in tax functions * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields * Knowledge of the Protheus system (desirable) **Additional Information** * Availability to work weekends and outside regular hours when necessary * Strong interpersonal skills * Collaborative attitude * Ability to work under pressure * Experience meeting deadlines * Commitment to deliverables * Discipline and emotional self-control **WHAT IF YOU COULD WORK FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
