Job Summary: This position supports operations, interacts with customers, organizes documents, monitors service requests, and provides administrative and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for development in administrative routines **RESPONSIBILITIES**: Support operational service delivery, ensuring organization and agility in departmental tasks. Interact with customers, route requests, and track follow-ups. Organize and update documents, systems, and records. Monitor service requests and support scheduling of services and timelines. Register Service Orders (SOs) and provide support for administrative and operational routines. Assist in cash control and validation of reimbursement requests. **RESIDENCE**: Must reside in Esteio/RS or nearby areas. **REQUIREMENTS**: Completed high school education. Technical course or ongoing undergraduate studies in fields related to the role is desirable. Proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
