Job Responsibilities: · Identify, record, and rectify unsafe conditions in the workplace, and guide employees on observing hygiene and safety regulations and correct procedures; Train and monitor the use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), and conduct training sessions and quick safety meetings (DSS); · Investigate occurrences of work-related accidents/incidents, identify root causes, and propose improvements to the work environment, machine/tool layout and usage, and procedures. Accompany injured workers to medical services and prepare required documentation for issuance of CAT (Work Accident Communication); · Inspect, register, and distribute fire extinguishers; control emergency systems (hydrants and alarms); and track expiration dates of extinguisher charges; Control and manage PPE inventory; · Update area documentation to meet ISO standard requirements, ensuring maintenance of service quality standards, company certification, and customer satisfaction. ·· Review the Risk Management Program (PGR) in accordance with Regulatory Standards, aiming to regularize existing environmental hazards in the company; · Guide and summon employees for medical examinations stipulated in the PCMSO (Occupational Medical Control and Health Program); · Develop and deliver training programs; disseminate hygiene and safety regulations and procedures; integrate new members of the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA); and provide theoretical and practical Fire Brigade training, enabling them to perform their new duties effectively. · Prepare charts, demonstrative boards, and statistics regarding area performance and incidents for review and control by supervisors and customers. · Draft work instructions, submit them for supervisor approval, and guide involved personnel during training. · Conduct environmental assessments to evaluate risks and inherent hygiene and safety conditions, supporting customer control and awareness.
