




Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for monitoring environmental compliance, managing waste, and conducting inspections to ensure adherence to legal standards and regulations. Preparation of technical reports and application of preventive checklists. * Collect data during periodic technical inspections, paying attention to legal requirements stipulated in the conditions of operational licenses, authorizations, and certificates applicable to Stores and Condominiums. • B \- Monitor proper disposal of solid waste, maintaining documentation control and traceability of collection, transportation, and final disposal processes for all waste generated by the company. • C \- Collect data during periodic technical inspections, paying attention to legal requirements stipulated in the conditions of operational licenses and environmental requirements applicable to Stores and Condominiums. • D \- Prepare periodic spreadsheets documenting solid waste generation at facilities to support information management and decision-making by Coordination and Management. • E \- Provide advisory support, following team recommendations to ensure correct execution of environmental-related activities. • F \- Conduct environmental inspections, critically monitoring sampling and collection of drinking water, groundwater, effluents, air, ambient noise, and soil to develop preventive and corrective action plans. • G \- Apply preventive checklists, verifying compliance with conditions specified in environmental licenses issued by regulatory and sanitary surveillance agencies to meet legally defined environmental standards and norms. • H \- Prepare technical reports on cleaning and hygiene conditions of drinking water reservoirs, bakery chilled water tanks, fish department ice machines, hydrosanitary networks in production areas, exhaust systems for food cooking equipment (hoods, grease collectors, exhaust fans, and atmospheric purifiers), fuel supply areas, and existing storage and containment systems—ensuring all items comply with current sanitary and environmental regulations. • I \- Inspect and document water treatment conditions (filtration, chlorination, osmosis) for drinking water **Minimum Education:** Technical Course
