Collaborative teamwork in new product development **Job Description:** Develop firmware for power quality analyzers, controllers, multifunction meters, and remote terminal units. Program in C, and use FreeRTOS in some projects. Implement solutions based on ESP32, integrating communication protocols including Modbus, MQTT, LoRa, Wi\-Fi, and Bluetooth. Perform firmware testing, validation, and maintenance. Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams during new product development. **Requirements:** Proven experience in embedded firmware development. Solid knowledge of C, FreeRTOS, and ESP32\. Experience with Modbus, MQTT, LoRa, Wi\-Fi, and Bluetooth protocols. Ability to interpret schematics and datasheets. Teamwork and technical problem-solving skills. Familiarity with code versioning (Git). Desirable Knowledge: Experience in electrical power quality analysis and measurement of electrical quantities. Knowledge of ARM microcontrollers. Experience in IoT system development.
