Job Summary: Development and maintenance of Delphi-based systems and applications, including graphical user interfaces, database management, and program coding, with a focus on continuous improvement. Technical expertise in Delphi, SQL, and MVC & MVP design patterns **Requirements:** Technical proficiency in Delphi (especially IDE usage), SQL, and MVC & MVP development patterns; Familiarity with object-oriented programming and layered architecture is desirable, as well as knowledge of Extreme Programming (XP) techniques; A bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus.
