Job Summary: A Pre-Sales Representative handles customer service, lead qualification, and presentation of orthodontic and dental plans. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions **Pre-Sales Representative** --------------------------- * **Work Mode:** Remote * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM \| Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM * **Employment Type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) * **Salary:** R$ 1\.500,00 \+ Benefits ### **Responsibilities:** * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and telephone; * Clearly and concisely present the orthodontic and dental plans offered by the clinic; * Manage WhatsApp message volume to ensure efficient communication flow; * Qualify and nurture leads, identify sales opportunities, and schedule consultations for the sales team; * Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company's system. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service and sales (preferred). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and ability to work independently. * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (a plus). ### **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance (VA): R$ 500.00/month. * Commissions: R$ 200.00 to R$ 600.00/month (average); * Discounted dental care; * Health insurance with co-payment.
