Directly involved in controlling, organizing, and verifying fiscal documents, as well as providing support in tax calculation and report generation. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Receive, verify, and record incoming and outgoing invoices in the system, both for goods and services. * Ensure fiscal documents comply with current legislation. * Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes, such as ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS, among others. * Generate tax payment slips and monitor payment deadlines. * Prepare and organize information for generating fiscal declarations, such as SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, GIA, and other mandatory filings. * Prepare fiscal and tax reports for leadership analysis. * Monitor updates to tax legislation. * Maintain an organized and up-to-date fiscal document archive. * Monitor invoice flow and identify potential inconsistencies. * Issue and verify invoices for products and services, observing applicable tax rules. * Ensure invoice data complies with purchase orders and contracts. * Perform invoice adjustments and reissues, when necessary. * Prepare billing reports to track company goals. Requirements: Education: Completed high school. Higher education in financial management, administration, accounting, economics, or related fields is desirable.
