Job Summary:
Professional to develop the team, ensure the quality of tax calculations, engage in tax planning, and implement process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Technically develop the team;
* Ensure quality and standardization of the Tax Calculation Process (Standards/Investigation and resolution of failures);
* Review ICMS/IPI calculations (EFD);
* Provide conditions and encourage/coordinate process and system improvement initiatives;
* Engage in Tax Planning, including support during tax audits;
* Monitor and implement changes in Tax Legislation;
* Maximize departmental resources to enhance productivity and reduce costs;
* Participate in and/or coordinate cross-functional Working Groups and Projects;
* Provide technical support to other company departments;
* Ensure compliance with internal and external audits;
* Identify and adopt industry best practices;
* Ability to strategically contribute to project presentations, process optimization, and decision-making support.
REQUISITOS:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting;
* Experience with indirect taxes;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* SAP knowledge is desirable;
* Knowledge of tax matters at federal, state, and municipal levels, and familiarity with Tax Reform.
