Support the sales team, prospect new clients, handle phone inquiries, send catalogs via WhatsApp, and process orders; Identify, test, and explore potential customer prospecting channels; Identify, test, and explore different customer prospecting approaches; Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs; organize and qualify the CRM; Monitor and test new customer follow-up processes. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Experience with proactive outbound calls, such as telesales or general telemarketing. Preferred Qualifications: – Knowledge of Inbound Marketing, CRM, Excel and Google Sheets, SEO, SEM, Social Media, and sales techniques. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Work Schedule: 6 hours per day with flexible timing if needed.
