Job Summary: Operates wheat reception and preparation machines and flour milling equipment, controlling production, quality, and performing maintenance and cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and cleaning of the workplace **Responsibilities:** Starts wheat reception and preparation machines, milling flow diagrams, and whole-wheat flour milling equipment. Adjusts equipment as needed for production, monitors milled quantities and product quality, and records required information during shift handovers (wheat milling and cleaning). Conducts relevant analyses of the milling process and controls flour transfer. Identifies and reports machinery requiring maintenance, submitting work orders to the maintenance department. Participates in scheduled structural cleaning. Maintains organization and cleanliness of the workplace. Complies with quality management system procedures, internal standards, and company safety regulations. **Requirements** **Experience operating production machinery** Completed high school education; Easy access to the Anchieta neighborhood in Porto Alegre **Schedule**: 12 x 36 **(availability for night shift required)** **Salary: R$** **2.441,05 after probation; R$ 2.636,33 thereafter** **Benefits**: Partnered restaurant for lunch, daily discount of R$ 1.20 deducted from payroll Transportation allowance for bus and train (6% salary deduction), up to four daily trips.
