Job Summary: Data Analyst responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing information, developing dashboards, reports, and automations to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on clear communication and collaborative teamwork **About the Position** As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing information to support decision-making across various company departments. You will develop dashboards, reports, and automations, translating business needs into clear and actionable insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and understand requirements from business teams (analysts, managers, and directors) * Extract, transform, and load data using SQL and Python * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI or Web Dashboard Development (Vibe Coding), ensuring usability and performance * Apply statistical techniques for exploratory data analysis and modeling * Automate repetitive reports and processes to improve efficiency * Validate and document data quality and analytical deliverables * Communicate results clearly **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields; * Knowledge of AI tools; * Experience with Power BI (report development, DAX, and data modeling) or Web Dashboard Development; * Strong SQL skills (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server); * Python programming for data manipulation and analysis (pandas, numpy); * Fundamentals of statistics; * Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills; * Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile; **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in cloud environments (Azure); * Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric; * Knowledge of dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake); * Experience in Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Big Data projects; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Science, Analytics, or related fields.
