





**About the team:** You will join the Business Intelligence team, responsible for transforming data into strategic knowledge and supporting various company departments with relevant, actionable insights. The BI team operates cross-functionally, focusing on data analysis, report creation and automation, data source validation, performance indicator (KPI) development, and continuous support for data-driven decision-making. It is a strategic team with strong collaboration across departments such as Marketing, Products, and Technology. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Extract, organize, and validate data from multiple sources, performing basic data processing and ensuring data consistency for analysis; * Support the development and updating of data presentation layers in frontend tools, aligned with business needs; * Monitor and track performance indicators, contributing preliminary analyses on performance, behavior, and trends; * Maintain and document metrics, business rules, and KPI definitions used in reports and data products; * Automate simple tasks and routines using SQL on Amazon Redshift or other relational databases, aiming to reduce rework and improve efficiency; * Identify opportunities to improve reports and operational processes, proactively suggesting adjustments; * Continuously learn new tools and best practices in the field, contributing to a collaborative, results-oriented team. **What we expect from you:** * Completed undergraduate degree in data- or technology-related fields, such as Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related disciplines; * Availability to work in a hybrid model, attending the office three times per week at Faria Lima, São Paulo; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets); * Basic knowledge of data visualization and presentation tools, such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau; * Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data in relational databases, including Amazon Redshift and platforms like BigQuery; * Foundational knowledge of programming languages for data manipulation and analysis—particularly Python; * Basic understanding of ETL tools to support data transformation and loading routines; * Analytical, organized, and curious mindset, with interest in developing data-driven solutions and deepening understanding of business challenges. **Nice-to-haves:** * Practical experience querying and analyzing data in Amazon Redshift or BigQuery; * Projects or portfolio demonstrating dashboard development and data storytelling (academic, internship, or personal); * Familiarity with data analysis and manipulation in Python using libraries such as Pandas or similar; * Introductory knowledge of data modeling and best practices for organizing analytical environments; * Exposure to transformation and ETL/ELT tools; * Participation in hands-on projects, hackathons, or challenges involving data, metrics, or analysis automation. **Benefits:** * Monthly stipend; * Performance-based variable compensation; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Health and dental plans; * Meal/food allowance; * Discount partnerships.
