The **Engineering Internship – Quality and Post-Construction** position is linked to the Engineering Directorate and integrated into the **Technical Management Department (GETEC)**. **Responsibilities and Duties** — In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring material deliveries and recording invoices; * Organizing and updating control spreadsheets (deadlines, status, pending items); * Assisting in tracking service schedules and sending agendas to third-party teams; * Sorting documents, photos, and information for technical issue analysis; * Assisting in preparing simple reports (preliminary analyses and call history); * Organizing and maintaining up-to-date documentation for service calls (Acceptance Forms, reimbursements, and records); * Supporting the drafting of internal communications and organizing materials for internal meetings; * Assisting in identifying overdue or long-pending service calls; * Assisting in compiling agendas and supporting materials for committee meetings and internal alignment sessions; * Conducting internal unit inspections, when required; * Assisting in preparing technical reports and reviewing standards; * Supporting data collection and analysis for quality feedback; * Assisting in identifying and updating departmental performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** — To apply for this position, you must: * Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Civil Engineering**; — It is important that you demonstrate: * Proactivity; * Organization; * Adaptability to change; * Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; * Conflict management ability. — It would be highly beneficial if you: * Have intermediate Excel proficiency; * Have construction site experience. **Additional Information** **Benefits of Being a Hyper:** We care deeply about the well-being of our team members—affectionately called *hypers*!
