Minimum 3–4 years of experience in metal-mechanical production. Technical education in Mechanical Engineering. Reading and interpretation of projects and technical drawings. Coordinate the operational team, assign tasks, and monitor productivity. Monitor production indicators (quantity processed, yield, losses). Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment. Report results and incidents to Production Management. Reside in Novo Hamburgo or nearby areas. Starting salary: BRL 5,000.00 + 40% hazard pay.
