Our commitment extends beyond business: **we prioritize quality, professional ethics, social responsibility, and environmental respect**, ensuring a collaborative and healthy work environment for our employees. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for operating and monitoring the company’s e-commerce and marketplace channels, including product listing and updates (e.g., pricing and inventory), order management and tracking, and customer service. Monitoring sales and key performance indicators across channels, identifying improvement opportunities, and proposing actions to increase sales and operational efficiency. Serving as the liaison with other departments involved in e-commerce processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Commercial Management, Advertising and Public Relations, E-commerce Technology, Digital Marketing, or related fields; Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management and operations is preferred; Experience managing product listings, pricing, inventory, and orders; Customer service via digital channels; Monitoring and analyzing sales and performance metrics; Proficiency in Excel and ability to work efficiently with digital systems and platforms; We seek a mid-level professional with sufficient experience to independently manage area activities. Proactive, organized, hands-on profile with a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy to handle daily tasks. Dynamic individual, agile in problem-solving, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying improvement opportunities—without requiring constant direction.
