Responsibilities and Duties:
* **Represent Oniz/Braveo commercially with mid-sized accounts**, as assigned in your designated client portfolio.
* **Conduct in-person visits following a pre-established route**, adhering to working hours and closing sales in alignment with departmental objectives and targets.
* **Strengthen customer relationships**, fostering long-term, solid partnerships.
* Monitor the entire sales process — from order placement through delivery and payment — ensuring successful completion of each negotiation.
* Proactively manage post-sales activities, providing support and solutions whenever required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Completed high school education;
* Prior experience in commercial roles is desirable, preferably external sales in retail;
* Negotiation, persuasive communication, and sales closing skills are desirable;
* Strong communication skills and ability to build customer relationships;
* Organizational and disciplined approach to follow visit routes and meet established targets;
* Results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus;
* Basic proficiency in digital tools and sales applications;
* Familiarity with Excel is desirable;
* Driver’s license (Category B) and availability for daily travel (using personal vehicle, per company policy);
* Proactive attitude toward post-sales actions and efficient resolution of customer requests.
