Description: We are seeking professionals who meet the following requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation; * Implementation of Reliability and Asset Management activities; * SAP PM: equipment structure, orders, plans, notifications, technical lists, and spare parts management; * Reliability tools: FMEA, RCM, RCA, Weibull, Pareto, criticality analysis; * Asset and lifecycle management: LCC (Life Cycle Cost), replacement plans, availability indicators, and maintenance cost metrics; * Technical inventory management: ABC/XYZ classification, turnover curve, identification of critical spare parts; * Development and standardization of technical procedures (manuals, instructions, preventive plans); * Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency for data consolidation and analysis; * Certifications in this field and knowledge of ISO 55001 standard will be considered advantageous. Key day-to-day responsibilities for this position: * Team management (5 members): analysts and engineers responsible for technical registration, maintenance plans, spare parts, and reliability indicators; * SAP PM system management: * Creation and review of equipment master data; * Review of hierarchical structure (equipment tree); * Standardization of maintenance plans and cycles; * Management of notifications, backlog, and preventive orders; * Asset and spare parts management: * Implement ABC/XYZ and equipment criticality classification methodology; * Define and review critical spare parts lists and minimum technical stock levels; * Support the technical warehouse in replacement strategies and obsolescence management; * Reliability and continuous improvement: * Implement FMEA, RCM, and RCA analyses to eliminate recurring failures; * Conduct asset performance reviews (MTBF, MTTR, LCC); * Develop maintenance and reliability performance indicators and dashboards; * Standards and best practices implementation: * Support the ISO 55001 implementation roadmap (diagnostics, action plans, internal audits); * Promote a risk-based asset and maintenance management culture; * Standardize and update technical procedures and instructions; * Cross-functional integration: * Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure technical alignment and compliance; * Participate in internal and external audits related to maintenance and asset management. 2512070202191852361
