Customer service **OFFICE ASSISTANT - RECEPTION** **Job Description:** We are seeking an Office Assistant - Reception to work at an accounting office located in Estância Velha/RS. Employment is under CLT terms with a salary of R$ 2\.000 \+ transportation voucher (VT). Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and from 12:45 PM to 5:33 PM. Responsibilities: Support administrative and accounting routines of the office; Organize, digitize, and archive documents; Issue and verify electronic invoices; Enter data into accounting systems; Prepare and update spreadsheets; Provide customer service. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields currently in progress are desirable); Strong communication and organizational skills.
