Responsibility for issuing and verifying essential logistics documents We are seeking a Documentation Analyst (Logistics) to work for a transportation company headquartered in Porto Alegre/RS. Employment is under CLT regime, with a monthly salary of R$ 3.817,25 + benefits. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:30. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing CRT, CTE, MIC, and MDFe; * Generating and verifying CIOTs; * Verifying documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, DU-E, and Certificate of Origin); * Providing documentary support at the border to assist in cargo clearance. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or technical training in logistics/administration or related fields (preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree); * Experience in international transportation, including issuance of CRT, MIC, MDF, and other related documents; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Familiarity with ERP systems; * Advantage: experience issuing CTe. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (VT); * Meal allowance (VR); * Health insurance; * Attendance bonus; * Food allowance.
