Then join us in cooperation! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate activities related to IT infrastructure, cloud, and network, ensuring planning, execution, maintenance, and evolution of environments; * Act as the owner of demand management, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination throughout the year, ensuring predictability and alignment with organizational strategy; * Lead and develop the infrastructure, cloud, and network team, promoting technical, behavioral, and career development through continuous mentoring and feedback rituals; * Coordinate execution of the infrastructure, cloud, and network strategy, ensuring adherence to management-defined guidelines and actively contributing technical improvement suggestions; * Serve as the liaison between management, technical teams, and product areas, balancing strategic priorities with operational and technical needs; * Promote and support adoption of DevOps best practices, automation, CI/CD, microservices, APIs, and agile methodologies; * Ensure infrastructure and platform service availability, reliability, scalability, and security; * Support product teams in platform usage, performing technical analysis, incident resolution, and continuous solution improvement; * Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and ownership within the team; * Monitor technical and operational metrics, ensuring visibility, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience coordinating technical teams in IT infrastructure, cloud, and/or platform engineering; * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields, with postgraduate studies in IT, Cloud, Software Engineering, Solution Architecture, Information Security, or related disciplines; * Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, including planning, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and support of on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments; * Experience in demand management, backlog prioritization, and execution and tracking of technical strategies; * Experience in platform engineering, including: * Development and evolution of infrastructure and platform services; * DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure-as-code; * Use of microservices, APIs, and system integration. * Ability to work closely with product teams, understanding business needs and supporting platform adoption; * Knowledge of information security, identity management, access control, and security best practices in infrastructure and cloud environments; * Experience migrating services to public and/or private cloud, using both technical and business criteria; * Ability to oversee the product and technology lifecycle, ensuring availability, evolution, and business alignment; * Skill in balancing technical vision, product vision, and business needs; * Collaborative leadership profile, focused on people development, clear communication, and building psychologically safe environments. **Additional Information** **Our Benefits** Caring for people lies at the heart of everything we do.
