What You Will Do: Provide proactive and responsive technical support to broadband internet users via phone, chat, or email; Use diagnostic tools to identify problems and deliver effective solutions; Log and analyze support tickets to ensure the best customer experience; Collaborate with teams to continuously improve support processes.
