Job Summary: Engineering professional for product development and detailing, working across all phases from conception through validation and production support, with a focus on optimization. Use of advanced tools (CATIA V5, Siemens NX, PDM/PLM). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Product Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in product development, preferably in the automotive sector or integrated systems. * Solid knowledge of APQP/PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, and validation procedures. * Proficiency in CATIA V5 and/or Siemens NX (2D/3D modeling and detailing). * Experience with PDM/PLM systems (CIMDatabase/CDB or equivalent), version control, and change management. * Technical knowledge of GD&T, interference analysis, material specification, and design for manufacturing/tooling. * Technical English for global interaction and documentation review. * Experience with automotive filtration products is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Gather and interpret technical requirements from OEM customers, installation layouts, and internal specifications to define product concept and constraints. * Develop and detail components and assemblies in 3D/2D (CATIA V5 / Siemens NX), ensuring feasibility of assembly, installation, and application. * Apply GD&T, DFM/DFx principles, and generate complete technical documentation (sketches, drawings, specifications, assembly instructions). * Create and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials), technical data for tooling quotations, and support industrialization. * Conduct interference and assembly studies (DMU), geometric analyses, and support simulations as needed. * Lead technical meetings with customers and suppliers to validate interfaces, drawings, and test requirements, documenting decisions and actions. * Manage engineering documentation and changes (ECR/ECN, revisions and history) in PDM/PLM (CIMDatabase/CDB or similar). * Participate in the APQP process, supporting activities such as DFMEA/PFMEA, prototyping, laboratory testing, and production approval (PPAP). * Propose engineering improvements and solutions to reduce costs, enhance performance, and increase productivity, aligned with global strategy.
