**PCP Specialist – Precast Concrete Industry** **Job Title:**
PCP Specialist in Production Planning and Control

**Job Summary:**
Responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production of precast concrete components, ensuring delivery deadlines are met, productive resources are optimized, and alignment with commercial and logistical demands is maintained. Works integrated with project, quality, logistics, and procurement departments to ensure efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing of precast elements.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop and monitor the master production plan (MPS), based on the order portfolio and production capacity.
* Schedule efficient use of molds and equipment, respecting concrete curing times and preventing bottlenecks.
* Issue production orders and monitor their execution, adjusting deadlines and resources as necessary.
* Monitor and control inventories of raw materials, supplies, and finished products, conducting periodic inventory counts.
* Analyze installed capacity and propose improvements in the production process, aiming at reducing waste and increasing productivity.
* Ensure alignment of planning with engineering, sales, and logistics departments.
* Track production performance indicators (efficiency, productivity, on-time delivery, among others).
* Perform critical analysis of orders and projects, ensuring technical feasibility and compatibility with the schedule.
* Support logistics in defining loading priorities, considering site construction sequencing.
* Participate in defining production layouts, workflows, and processes, contributing to continuous improvement.
**Job Requirements:** **Education:**
* Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
**Experience:**
* Proven experience in PCP within precast concrete industries or industrialized construction.
* Experience in mold management, concrete curing time control, and demand-driven production sequencing.
**Technical Skills:**
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (structural and architectural).
* ERP systems (TOTVS, Mega, Sienge, etc.).
* Advanced Excel and planning tools (MS Project, Gantt, Kanban, etc.).
* Knowledge of quality control and logistics principles.
