This professional will be responsible for prospecting new technologies, developing and monitoring budget data for the department and transportation (monitoring actual vs. budgeted costs across established drivers), in order to alert on potential cost deviations and improve technological solutions for the company. **All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform the process of populating KPIs for the tower; * Support TMS data entry and system monitoring; * Extract and consolidate datasets; * Audit payment processes; * Analyze and consolidate data for freight budgeting proposed by the transportation department; * Analyze KPIs to identify key process concerns and develop reports using BI tools; * Serve as the team's point of contact for inquiries and training. * Ensure correct vehicle arrival and capacity; * Monitor and influence Logistics to guarantee route optimization and load utilization. * Provide support to Logistics and carriers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Prior experience in this role; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Educational/Development Platform and Development Programs; * Maternity Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; **Work Model:** Support to Distribution Centers (DCs) located in the states of Bahia (BA), Goiás (GO), and Minas Gerais (MG). **Working Hours**: 08:00 to 18:00\. **Work Location**: Bahia DC, located at the Camaçari Petrochemical Complex. Willingness to travel is required, as needed to support DCs.
