If you are a person with a disability (PCD) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our team of Yellow-Blood Heroes and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect and guide security guards across all Prosegur centers/post locations, ensuring compliance with the contract established between the client and the company. * Coordinate the delivery of employee benefits at the post. * Identify root causes of non-conformities arising from incidents. * Assess deficiencies related to equipment, administrative issues at posts, and personnel-related matters. * Develop, implement, and monitor post procedures. * Ensure adherence to all procedures defined with the client. * Conduct inspections of client posts, verifying individual guard appearance, uniform control, posture, behavior, and guard profiles as specified in procedures. * Inspect firearms and ammunition, arranging replacements and maintenance when required. * Perform critical analysis of operational procedures, evaluating service delivery and generating reports for problem assessment and correction. * Conduct preliminary risk assessments for service posts and periodic reviews of their *status*. * Visit clients. * Verify vehicle usage conditions and inform the Supervisor for necessary actions. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed high school education. * Driver’s license Category B. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Skills in people and conflict management. * Availability for day and night shifts. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Prior experience in this role. * Updated Extension Course in Private Personal Security Guarding. **WORK LOCATION:** SALVADOR \- BA
