A psychology service provider is seeking a Cost and Controller Analyst professional in Lauro de Freitas. **Responsibilities:** Conduct cost identification, analysis, and control for both direct and indirect costs. Prepare management reports and financial performance statements. Monitor and analyze budget variances between actual and forecasted results. Support the development of corporate budgets. Track financial and performance indicators. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Provide support to departments in pricing and margin determination. Ensure proper accounting classification of costs and expenses. Collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance departments. Previous experience as a Cost Analyst, Controller Specialist, Financial Analyst, or Cost Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the activities required for this position. Bachelor's degree required.
