Preparation of technical reports and commercial proposals **Prevenfor Technical Solutions** is seeking a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join our team in Salvador/BA. The professional will be responsible for **managing and monitoring preventive maintenance contracts and technical services in the field of engineering.** We seek an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, capable of performing both field monitoring and administrative tasks related to contracts. **Responsibilities:** * Field team monitoring and supervision; * Development and management of maintenance schedules; * Preparation and issuance of technical reports; * Preparation and issuance of technical-commercial proposals; * Service monitoring; * Customer service and negotiations for contract-related clients; * Other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements:** * Degree or ongoing studies in **Civil Engineering, Building Technician, or related fields;** * Experience or familiarity with **technical maintenance/construction site routines;** * Strong organizational, communication, and demand management skills; * Current residence in Salvador/BA or nearby cities; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Willingness to travel. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM **Salary:** To be negotiated based on role, including weekday transportation allowance covering contract locations. **Join our team!** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.500,00 \- R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you currently reside in Salvador/BA or nearby cities? * Do you hold a valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B)?
