Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection equipment, collaborating with the production team to ensure optimal results. Maintenance Technicians consistently focus on ensuring equipment operates properly, proactively performing predictive, preventive, and corrective activities as needed. If you have industrial experience, are a problem-solver, and ready to roll up your sleeves, this opportunity is made for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection lines, including auxiliary systems and utilities; * Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks according to need and in accordance with the maintenance schedule defined by PCM; * Conduct equipment inspections/checklists; * Collaborate with Engineering and Technical Support to resolve maintenance issues; * Contribute to weekly maintenance service planning; * Propose equipment improvements; * Verify specifications of parts and components supplied by specialized companies; * Request materials, submit purchase requisitions, and process returns; * Open and close Maintenance Orders; * Comply with NBR standards, internal regulations, technical procedures, and quality requirements; * Maintain workplace safety, PPEs and collective protective equipment (EPCs), hygiene, health, environmental preservation, and proper handling and storage of tools and equipment (5S); * Prepare reports on performed activities; * Monitor and propose solutions to improve performance indicator results; * Contribute to improving organizational climate. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electroelectronics, or Electrical Technology; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Knowledge of TOTVS will be considered an advantage; * Knowledge of Beckhoff automation will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** Work Regime: 2x2 Shift: To be determined Benefits: **Health Insurance** **Dental Insurance** **On-site Meals** **Meal Voucher** **Transportation via Fixed Route or Flexible Transportation Allowance** **Life Insurance** **Private Pension Plan** **Education Incentive Program** **Profit-Sharing Program** **TotalPass** **Employee Assistance Program – Cuidar é Pack** About Engepack Working at Engepack means being part of a team that believes in people, purpose, and shared growth.
