Contribute to our success! **About the Position** Perform production activities, ensuring achievement of targets. **Main Responsibilities** * Control shift production, monitor process losses on-site: quantity of scrap, materials used, and machine-hours and/or man-hours consumed, with the objective of proposing improvements and optimizing the process; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, efficiency, losses, rework, absenteeism, and OEE. * Prepare and track management reports and performance dashboards. * Ensure accuracy of information entered into systems (ERP/MES) and internal controls. * Analyze data to identify deviations and propose corrective and preventive action plans. * Monitor inventories, raw material consumption, and waste control. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in production supervision with a focus on data and indicator analysis. * Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, VBA, charts, and data analysis). * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5W2H, and Lean). **Additional Information** * Work location: Simões Filho * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Profit-sharing program * On-site cafeteria * Company-provided transportation * Meal allowance * Dental care assistance * Medical assistance / Group medicine
