Fleet Manager

Description

We are seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee and monitor the company's vehicle operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and reduction of operational costs. The role will be responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, fuel control, documentation, vehicle tracking, traffic fines, as well as monitoring KPIs and ensuring the fleet operates smoothly. We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, organized approach, proactive attitude, and skills in team and operational demand management. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Minimum 1 year of proven experience in fleet management and operational control (evidence required in employment record);** * **Driver's license categories A and B** * Knowledge of preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Control of fuel supply, traffic fines, documentation, and vehicle tracking; * Familiarity with KPIs and reduction of operational costs; * Proficiency in Excel and fleet management systems; * Strong communication skills and analytical mindset; * Leadership ability and experience managing external teams; * Organizational skills and ability to track schedules and operational demands. * Manage and monitor the company's fleet; * Oversee preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance; * Control documentation, licensing, traffic fines, and insurance; * Monitor fuel supply and consumption; * Track vehicle location and usage; * Prepare fleet performance reports and KPIs; * Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs and optimize processes; * Liaise with suppliers and repair shops; * Support driver and external team management; * Ensure vehicles comply with regulations and remain in good operating condition.
