**Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans; * Plan and organize scheduled maintenance shutdowns; * Control, track, and monitor service orders (SOs); * Monitor schedules, deadlines, and activity execution; * Control maintenance costs, budgets, and resources; * Prepare management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Identify and propose continuous improvements to maintenance processes; * Develop and update technical documentation; * Record and maintain up-to-date equipment maintenance history. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, or a Technologist degree in Industrial Maintenance; * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency, with emphasis on Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI is considered a plus; * Familiarity with maintenance management methodologies; * Proven experience in Planning and Control of Maintenance (PCM); * Driver’s license category B is desirable. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary range between R$ 3.500,00 and R$ 4.000,00; * Meals provided by the company (no payroll deduction); * Food allowance averaging R$ 170.00; * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Unimed health plan (after probationary period); * Uniodonto dental plan; * Tangará Club (after probationary period); * Life insurance. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.
