Support paid traffic campaigns and monitor metrics **Marketing Analyst – Feira de Santana/BA** The group is seeking a Marketing Analyst to strengthen its digital presence, support commercial initiatives, and contribute to the institutional communication of its dealerships. **Location**: Feira de Santana **Responsibilities:** * Create and publish social media content * Produce texts, graphics, and visual materials aligned with the brand * Support institutional/promotional photos and videos * Monitor digital metrics and assist in growth strategies * Support paid traffic campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) * Track lead and conversion funnels * Update website/blog and collaborate on SEO * Create sales, consortium, and after-sales materials * Support events, activations, and relationship-building activities * Ensure visual standardization and coordinate with vendors * Prepare reports and propose continuous improvements **Requirements:** * Up to 1 year of experience in the field * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Knowledge of digital strategy and metrics * Design tools (Photoshop/Canva – preferred) * Organizational skills, creativity, and strong communication ability * Willingness to travel **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Food Basket * Health Insurance Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree * TA * Food basket * Health insurance
