Responsibilities and Activities \-Perform reading and verification of electricity and water meter reports; \-Conduct periodic inspections of substations, technical areas, pump houses, and other operational facilities; \-Support basic maintenance of air-conditioning systems; \-Perform electrical, hydraulic, and civil construction maintenance tasks (simple repairs); \-Identify anomalies, record incidents, and report to the responsible team; \-Ensure organization, safety, and preservation of technical areas.
