Supervise hygiene and safety standards **Description:** ---------------- **About the Position:** The Captain role serves as an administrative and operational partner in achieving quality standards. The professional is responsible for coordinating the team to deliver quality service to guests in restaurant areas, in accordance with the company-defined service standards. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control the total and daily inventory of tableware, glasses, cutlery, table linens, table centerpieces, and decorative items. * Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of the restaurant. * Control and monitor lighting, air conditioning, and music. * Control and manage the cost assigned by management to your cost center. * Monitor the status of menus, wine lists, and promotions. * Ensure layout per cost center complies with brand guidelines. * Supervise completion of the restaurant opening and closing checklists. * Supervise and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards. * Ensure an exceptional customer experience and personalize their stay by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations. * Address guest incidents, reporting actions taken to your manager.
