




We have an opportunity for a Facilities Technician position—apply now and join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct periodic rounds and inspections across all internal and external areas of the hospital, assessing building structure conditions, environmental maintenance, furniture, and equipment. * Identify and record physical non-conformities, such as water infiltration, cracks, mold, wear on finishes, lighting issues, or perceived structural risks. * Inspect the condition of furniture and fixed assets (e.g., beds, tables, chairs, cabinets, counters, etc.), documenting damaged, broken, or out-of-service items. * Monitor the operation of auxiliary equipment—including drinking fountains, fans, elevators, air conditioners—and report any anomalies. * Log service requests in the institutional system, specifying the responsible department (maintenance, engineering, hospitality, or assets) for repairs or replacements, while retaining photographic evidence. * Track service requests to completion and escalate to the relevant area manager when necessary. * Comply with safety, hygiene, biosafety, and best hospital practice standards during inspections. * **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Building Construction; * Advanced computer skills; * **What We Offer:** + Market-competitive salary; + Medical and dental plan (SHARED COST); + Meals at the hospital (breakfast and lunch for USD 0.50 per day); + Transportation allowance; + Wellhub; + Life insurance; + Educational institution partnerships; + SESC partnership; + Employee wellness center.
