Creation of individualized treatment plans **SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST** **Main Responsibilities:** \- Conduct speech-language pathology assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for patients across all age groups; \- Develop activities for prevention, health promotion, protection, and rehabilitation of speech-language pathology health; \- Create treatment plans and monitor patient progress, making necessary adjustments; \- Provide guidance to patients, family members, and caregivers regarding required care and exercises; \- Document and record all activities, treatment progress, and relevant patient information; \- Participate in multidisciplinary teams, contributing specialized speech-language pathology expertise. **Required Qualifications:** \- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; \- Active registration with the Regional Council of Speech-Language Pathology; \- Minimum of 2 years of verified professional experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist; \- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in the areas of language, speech, voice, hearing, and swallowing. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Postgraduate degree in fields related to Speech-Language Pathology; \- Experience serving diverse populations, including children, adults, and seniors; \- Familiarity with rehabilitation techniques and innovative therapies. **Additional Information:** \- Employment type: CLT (Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho); \- Work schedule: 72 hours per week under a 12x60 shift system (12 hours of work followed by 60 hours of rest), including a 1-hour meal break; \- Working hours: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM\.
